We are so excited that you are visiting our website!
RUMC’s Children's Ministry strives to provide a safe and loving environment ~ we work to reach out to children and their families with the love of God to help them become Disciples of Christ. We believe that children know and experience God through Bible stories. We provide many activities and opportunities for them to grow spiritually and socially.
We hope that all children will know that they are beloved children of God and that they will learn to share that love of God with others.

Caravan Crossing is a Sunday School experience based on the workshop rotation model and offered for children in Kindergarten – 5th Grade from 10:00-11:00am.
In Caravan Crossing, one story or theme is taught in more than one way for 4 or 5 weeks. Stories are learned through games, science, missions, drama, puppetry, music, storytelling, art, crafts, and cooking. This hands-on program increases retention by experiential learning.
Our rotations include stops at The Oasis, Camp Caravan, The Artisan’s Workshop, and the Parable Playhouse.
